- Do I have to be home?
- No. Most people leave the bag outside the door and find it back in the same place. If you would rather hand it over, say so when you book.
- How do I know it stays mine?
- Every bag is tagged on pickup and stays together as one order from the van to the fold table. Nothing is pooled with other customers.
- What if something needs special care?
- Note it when you book. Anything delicate gets pulled out and handled separately rather than being pushed through the standard run.
- When does it come back?
